• Provides candidates with the knowledge to identify hazards and risks and to work safely in single and multi-occupancy dwellings, including buildings according to industry standards and practices.

• Understanding hazards, risk assessments and safe systems of work involved with working within a customers premises installing a range of fibre termination equipment (ONT/MDU). Understanding essential safety skills and awareness of the hazards and potential risks involved when working in within a customers premises, including Asbestos awareness, Fire stopping, Voltage/Stud detection, the safe use of drills and lofts/enclosed spaces.

• This course is designed for people who work in customers premises within a telecommunications environment.
